The Custom TableMaker allows you to build your own table in three steps.
Step One: Select categories.
Measures are organized into eight subject categories, so that you can avoid scrolling through hundreds of items to find what you need.
- You can select one or two categories.
- You can combine measures from two categories in the same table.
Step Two: Select measures.
Measures for the subject areas you selected in Step One are presented as a list on this screen.
- All measures return data by country unless labeled "U.S. and each state."
- Most measures are available for only a subset of countries in the database. (In Step Three, you will be able to choose from a list of available countries).
- You can choose as many measures as you like.
- More measures will generate a wider table. As a general guideline, tables with up to 12 measures will return quickly and print on a single legal-size sheet. (See "Printing Tables" below.)
Step Three: Select countries or states.
This screen will display ONLY the countries or states with available data for the measures you selected in Step Two.
