Cynthia Dailard, Senior Public Policy AssociateCynthia Dailard is Senior Public Policy Associate at AGI’s Washington, DC office and is responsible for issues related to domestic family planning programs, sexuality education and insurance coverage of contraception. Prior to joining AGI, Ms. Dailard served as Associate Director for Domestic Policy in the Clinton White House, Legislative Assistant and Counsel to United States Senator Olympia Snowe (R-ME), and Staff Attorney at the National Women’s Law Center. Ms. Dailard has written numerous articles and reports on women’s health and reproductive rights, and serves on the board of the National Family Planning and Reproductive Health Association. She is a graduate of Harvard University and the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley.
