Jennifer J. Frost, Senior Research Associate

Jennifer J. Frost, Ph.D., joined AGI in 1992. After serving as Assistant Director of Research for a number of years, she is currently a Senior Research Associate at the Institute. She is the principal investigator/manager for various studies regarding family planning service delivery, contraceptive use, adolescent sexuality and pregnancy, and access to reproductive health care. Her publications include ; ; Contraceptive Needs and Services, 1995; Sex and America's Teenagers; Uneven and Unequal: Insurance Coverage and Reproductive Health Services and Teenagers’ Pregnancy Intentions and Decisions: A Study of Young Women in California Choosing to Give Birth, as well as numerous journal publications. Dr. Frost received a B.A. from Pomona College and her M.P.H. and Ph.D. in public health from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is a member of the American Public Health Association, the Population Association of America, the Association for Reproductive Health Professionals and the International Union for the Scientific Study of Population.
